He engaged in discussions with President Faustin Archange Touadera at the Presidential Palace in Bangui, further solidifying bilateral relations.

Additionally, President Ruto met with Vice-President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue of Equatorial Guinea in Malabo, emphasizing the strengthening relationship as Equatorial Guinea prepares to establish an embassy in Nairobi.

Equatorial Guinea’s commitment to endorsing Kenya’s candidacy for the African Union Commission chairperson from 2025 to 2028 further signifies the deepening cooperation between the two nations.
