Barely a week after Starlet Wahu was found dead in an Airbnb in South B, another lady has been found stabbed and chopped to death in an Airbnb along TRM Drive in Roysambu, Kasarani.
According to Risper Muthoni, the property Manager, today 14th Jan, 2024 around 8 a.m they noticed something that looked like a body wrapped in white sheets with blood stains. The blood traces along the stairs led to the suspects room who had returned the key today early in the morning before disappearing.
Muthoni says she is cooperating fully with the police and there is enough evidence including the suspects details and CCTV footage of him picking up the key from the property’s key collection point.
Officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have warned there is no Airbnb to be allowed to operate in the area without CCTV cameras installed.
